Gibson City First Christian Church First Christian (DOC) offers a wide range of Sunday school classes for all ages. Sunday school for middle school through adults begins at 9:00 am each Sunday morning and lasts a little under an hour. Age appropriate classes are offered for children age 2 through high school. Each year a child builds on the lessons of the past. Beginners learn the basic stories, while older youth learn how to apply our Bible stories to themselves and the world around them. Use of songs, crafts, and storytelling teach the Bible and faith principles. Adult classes offer a variety of study and discussion methods ranging from focusing on one book of the Bible at a time, videos, and lectionary class.
